Can I change the delivery address?

As long as your order has not been shipped, we can change the delivery address. If you need to change, please call us.

Why is my basket empty?

You may not have selected the number of items to order. On the product page, select the product you want to buy, enter the quantity you want to order, and then click the “add to shopping basket” button at the top of the page. This will add the selected product to your shopping basket.

You can also place an order by contacting us.

Can I use multiple coupons in an order?

We only accept one coupon code per order. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined.

What if I have a question about a specific product?

If you have any questions about the product, please contact us. We will answer for you at any time.

What does "out of stock" mean?

Items that cannot be shipped currently are called “out of stock”. You can still order out-of-stock items and they will be shipped to you as soon as they are available.
